Lapierre North America to Debut 2014 Lineup at DealerCamp


KENT, Wash.  –Lapierre, an established, performance-driven mountain and road cycling brand born in France, will unveil its 2014 North American product offerings at Bike DealerCamp 2013 at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, UT June 25-27. The fourth-annual DealerCamp, produced by Lifeboat Events, offers an open-air, experiential buying opportunity showcasing 2014 bikes and accessories.

 Founded in Dijon, France, in 1946 and still headquartered in France, Lapierre is a performance-driven cycling brand. Four generations of the Lapierre family have contributed to shaping the company into a global leader in design and manufacturing of premium road and mountain bicycles. Lapierre North America was launched in April of this year to support the growth of the Lapierre brand in North America. Kirk Bausch, Director of Sales and Marketing for Lapierre, leads a dedicated sales and marketing team for Lapierre North America, which is located in Kent, Wash.

 “We are excited to introduce North American IBDs to Lapierre’s rich history and design excellence at DealerCamp this year,” said Bausch. “There’s high anticipation among independent bicycle dealers (IBD’s) to see the 2014 bikes we’ll be revealing at this event. Lapierre will be revealing a range of road and mountain bicycles from the XR, Spicy, Zesty, Xelius, Sensium, and CycloCross lines. Special highlights to look out for include: 27.5ers and the proprietary e:i electronic suspension system that Lapierre developed with RockShox.
