Camber Outdoors Announces Donna Carpenter, CEO of Burton Snowboards, as Featured Speaker at Thought-Leadership Keynote and Awards at Interbike 2016

Camber Outdoors (formerly OIWC) is pleased to announce Donna Carpenter, CEO of Burton Snowboards, as the featured speaker at Camber Outdoors’ Thought-Leadership Keynote at Interbike on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 5p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Mandalay Bay, South Pacific C/D Ballroom, Las Vegas, NV.

“We are honored to provide a forum for Donna to share with other industry leaders and influencers the Burton story of how a strategic commitment to women’s leadership as a business imperative over 10 years ago has led to greater brand relevancy, growth, and sustainability,” said Deanne Buck, executive director of Camber Outdoors.

“We are also looking forward to celebrating the launch of the new brand, as well as, those leaders who have already signed the Camber Outdoors’ CEO Pledge in the cycling industry and welcome those who want to learn more.”

In addition to Carpenter’s remarks, the event will also include the presentation of the 2016 Bicycling Industry Pioneering Woman and First Ascent awards. Previous winners of these awards, include Sally McCoy, former CEO of CamelBak; Jenn Dice, vice president of Business Network at PeopleForBikes; and Sally Jewell, U.S. Secretary of the Interior.

Camber Outdoors’ Keynote and Awards Presentation is free and open to the public.
