Decibullz Chooses Backbone Media as Public Relations Agency

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (Dec. 23, 2016) – Decibullz, the leader in custom thermofitted earplugs and earphones, today announced it has partnered with Backbone Media on public relations efforts. Backbone will amplify Decibullz’s presence in the shooting, hunting, fitness and active lifestyle markets.

“Backbone was a natural fit for us,” said Kyle Kirkpatrick, chief executive officer at Decibullz. “Their experience with top-tier, outdoor brands, and specific knowledge of our core markets, made Backbone the perfect partner.”

Kirkpatrick founded Decibullz in 2012 to fix a widespread challenge: earbuds either fit poorly or fell out during activities like running, snowboarding or biking. So Kirkpatrick developed a thermoplastic earpiece that softens in hot water. Users can then easily – and safely – mold the earpiece to their ears’ unique shape. Decibullz is the world’s only re-moldable custom-fitted earbuds.
