Spring-Summer 2015 Collection Available Beginning in February 2015 

(Boulder, CO) August 6, 2014— In Spring-Summer 2015, heritage outdoor brand, Fjällräven, will expand its technical outdoor collection with lightweight outerwear and apparel. The seasonal offering for women will debut new performance fabrications fit for warm weather pursuits, as well as updates to time-tested silhouettes. Ranging in price from $55.00 to $260.00, the Fjällräven Spring-Summer 2015 collection will be available in February 2015 at specialty outdoor stores, the brand’s flagship retail locations and online at www.fjallraven.us.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS — OUTERWEAR

Since the launch of its first outerwear silhouette, the Greenland Jacket, in the 1960s, Fjällräven remains rooted in technical jacket design. Each season the brand innovates the category with fresh materials and a modern take on classic silhouettes. In Spring 2015, Fjällräven will launch several new jacket designs, including a new hybrid material shell, the Abisko Lite Jacket W, as well as a revival of popular heritage silhouette, the Räven Jacket W.

Abisko Lite Jacket W, $250.00

Built for warm weather trekking, the Abisko Lite Jacket W combines waxed G-1000® Lite and stretch fabrications in a lightweight soft-shell that provides durability and wind protection, while offering freedom of movement. The jacket features a fixed, adjustable hood and a two-way front zipper with press button closure at the bottom of the internal flap. Additional features include: Velcro adjustments at the sleeve cuffs and two, large zippered chest pockets with a stretch fabric lining that can expand to fit essentials. The Abisko Lite Jacket W is offered in four colors: Dark Grey, Cork, Red and Dark Olive.

Abisko Hybrid Jacket W, $200.00

Introduced in Spring 2014, the Abisko Hybrid Jacket W returns for Spring 2015 in updated seasonal colors: a vibrant yellow, Campfire Yellow and a lighter shade of forest green, Pine Green. The jacket features a combination of G-1000® Lite and Microtravel (MT) fabrications that provide weather resistance, promote breathability and wick moisture. The lightweight layer can be waxed to increase wind and water resistance. Additional features include: a fixed adjustable hood, a loop finish at sleeve cuffs, mesh ventilation yoke and eyelets located under the arms as well as two large zip closure pockets.

High Coast Wind Jacket W, $200.00

The High Coast Wind Jacket W debuts a new polyamide-cotton fabrication fit for summer weather. The lightweight material is highly breathable and dries quickly making the shell a versatile outerwear option for hiking, cycling and kayaking. The full-zip silhouette features an adjustable hood and bottom hem to help seal out wind on harsher days. With a zippered chest pocket and two zippered hand pockets, the jacket has ample storage space with quick access to essentials. The High Coast Wind Jacket W is offered in four colors: Flame Orange, Cork, Navy and Olive.

Räven Jacket W, $250.00

The Räven Jacket W is a re-launch of a classic Fjällräven model from the 1970s. The timeless piece has a similar silhouette to the iconic Greenland Jacket, with a lighter, foldaway hood. The piece features a G-1000® Eco fabrication constructed from a blend of natural waxed recycled polyester and organic cotton. A two-way zipper with buttoned wind flap, combined with a drawstring at the bottom hem provides protection from the elements. Additional features include: two bellow pockets placed at the chest, two larger bellow pockets with side openings at bottom front of jacket, a drawstring waist cord and button adjustments at sleeve ends. The Räven Jacket W is offered in classic Fjällräven hues: Sand, Uncle Blue, Green and Deep Red.

Greenland Parka LightW, $270.00

A trench coat-inspired version of Fjällräven’s iconic Greenland Jacket, the Greenland Parka Light W features a waxed G-1000® Original fabrication that provides water and wind resistance. The lightweight parka has a fixed hood and adjustable cuffs to further protect from the elements. Dolman shaped sleeves provide a feminine silhouette. Additional features include: two large bellow pockets, two chest pockets and one interior zip pocket. The jacket will be offered in five colorways, including a classic khaki and a deep-toned red.

Skogsö Jacket W, $220.00

One of Fjällräven’s most popular outerwear pieces, the Skogsö Jacket W is a modern, hip-length jacket with a fixed adjustable hood. A slim fit provides a fashionable look, while blended fabrications allow for unrestricted movement making the piece perfect for all outdoor activities, from daily commutes and day treks. The jacket features a G-1000® Lite design throughout the body with G-1000® Original reinforcements on the shoulders and hood. A two-way zipper protected by button placket ensures protection from the elements. Additional features include: two vertical breast pockets, two mesh side pockets, as well as an adjustable bottom hem and snap sleeves to customize fit. The SkogsöJacket W is available in a range of solid and two-tone colorways.

High Coast T-Shirt W, $70.00

The High Coast T-ShirtW features a functional cotton and wool blend fabrication that wicks moisture and provides the soft comfort of a jersey knit. A round neck, raglan-shaped sleeves and slits at the sides provide subtle feminine details. The High Coast T-Shirt is offered in two colors, a classic Black and Fjällräven’s signature UN Blue.

Övik T-Shirt W, $40.00

A layering essential, the Övik T-Shirt W features a 100-percent organic cotton fabrication for soft, breathable comfort. Reinforced shoulder seams provide added protection against pack straps. A wide shaped neck and chest pocket with leather logo provide stylized accents. The basic tee is offered in six colors to match any personal style. The design is also offered with long sleeves, the Övik Pocket T-Shirt LS W (MSRP $60.00).

Nikka Trousers, $170.00

The Nikka Trousers are traditional trekking pants that combine waxed G-1000® Original with stretch to provide mobility and natural weather resistance. G-1000® reinforcement panels at the seat, knees and leg openings add increased durability in hardwearing areas. Additional features include: articulated knees, a high-rise back, two hand pockets, one leg pocket, one interior mesh pocket and one pocket designed to fit a cell phone or GPS unit. The Nikka Trousers are offered in three classic colors: Sand, Black and Dark Olive.

Nikka Shorts, $120.00

A technical short built for women, the Nikka Shorts blend stretch and G-1000® Original fabrications for freedom of movement during active use.
