Seattle, WA – January 17, 2013Moving Comfort, the brand that invented women’s fitness apparel more than thirty-five years ago with the very first pair of women’s running shorts, is posed to unveil their latest Studio and Urban Gym collection for Fall/Winter 2013. Taking cues from runway and street fashion, this season’s collection is as versatile and unique as today’s active woman.

“For Fall/Winter 2013, we offer workout gear that looks incredible, both in and out of the gym, and performs with uncompromising style, strength, and beauty,” said Heather Cvitkovic, senior product line manager for Moving Comfort. “This season is all about mixing up textures, playing with prints, and getting creative with layering.”

The new Studio and Urban Gym collection offers versatile fabrics and designs that can be worn for active workouts or fun-filled weekends. Elongated sweaters, asymmetrical hemlines, and slouchy silhouettes are key design elements for the season. Luxurious wraps and tunics with open necklines provide infinite layering opportunities. Throughout the collection, fabrics are carefully selected for their blend of performance and beauty such as textured fabrics that look like sweater knits but are technical, lightweight, and quick drying. Accessories complete the story with cozy, textured beanies and trend-right, infinity scarves for layering.
