Toronto, Canada (July 17, 2014) – Lorpen North America announces a new addition to the company’s customer service staff. Tanya Bokongo has recently joined Lorpen North America in the new position of Bilingual Customer Service Representative, speaking both English and French.
According to Rita Haddad, Lorpen’s North American office manager, “Over the past 18 months Lorpen has seen excellent growth in North America, especially in the Province of Quebec. We felt that it was imperative that we add additional customer service staff that is bilingual to best serve all of our French-speaking customers.”
Bokongo has more than nine years of experience in the field of customer service in various industries and will bring an additional level of expertise to the Lorpen North American group. This experience will help Lorpen improve its service to a broader range of customers, especially the French-speaking customers in the Province of Quebec.
