AUBURN, N.H. Fischer Sports, a family-owned, global leader and supplier of snow sports products, announces a complete pairing with Press Forward PR for media relations. The public relations partner in the U.S. for its category leading Nordic products since 2013, Vermont-based Press Forward will additionally assume communications strategy and media relations to promote Fischer Sports’ alpine skis, boots and bindings as well.

“We’re thrilled to have the right partner in Press Forward,” described Fischer Sports US CEO, Ryan Leach. “As an organization, they’ve demonstrated themselves as committed to the brand and effective at connecting across all types of publications and media.”

Founded in 1924 by Josef Fischer, Fischer Sports remains an independent, family business driven by technological innovation and category defining products. Today, the Fischer brand offers a complete spectrum of skis and boots, from World Cup leading nordic and alpine race product, to its category defining, backcountry-focused Ranger series to its vacuum boot technology.

“Press Forward’s ability to speak across categories makes this a great partnership,” says Fischer Sports Director of Marketing, Matt Berkowitz. “We’re thrilled to have them speaking on our behalf as we grow the product line up in our Ranger category and as we open up our new Travers Carbon boot to retailers.”

Press Forward founder, Andrew Gardner added, “I’ve had a personal love affair with the Fischer brand for over 25 years. My first nordic skis, my first backcountry skis, my first alpine skis: they were all Fischer and I couldn’t be more thrilled today to share that love through new campaigns, more outreach and a committed approach to seeing the brand reach more people.”
