Known for the competitive cost-to-weight value of their award-winning camping equipment and apparel, Sierra Designs is excited to announce an expansion of their insulated apparel collection. Come Fall 2020, the heritage brand will welcome three new jacket styles, rounding out the line with options for any weather Mother Nature has to throw, including a fleece midlayer, a synthetic insulation hybrid jacket and a windbreaker.

Meet the Cold Canyon Hoodie- a revamp of the original award-winning Cold Canyon fleece. Just like the original, the Cold Canyon 2.0’s heavy weight stretch grid fleece provides breathable, durable and flexible insulation. With thumb loops for easy layering, a nylon windbreak on the chest to block out chilly gusts, zippered hand warmer pockets and a fitted hood, the Cold Canyon Hoodie is impressively lightweight for the warmth it provides at 16.5oz/13oz (Men’s L, Women’s M). MSRP: $149.95

Also debuting Fall 2020, the Borrego Hybrid Jacket offers stretch and warmth where you need it most. With 4-way stretch panels in key areas and a PrimaLoft™ Eco Silver insulated core, the Borrego Hybrid Jacket is the ultimate active jacket for cold weather pursuits. Designed with backpackers in mind, the Borrego Hybrid Jacket has seamless shoulders for optimal comfort, a self-stow stuff pocket with a carabiner loop for easy packing and two interior drop pockets for quick gear storage. Finished with a C0 DWR, the Borrego Hybrid Jacket is both water-resistant and PFC-free. MSRP: $174.95

Lightweight and small enough to go anywhere, the Tepona Wind Jacket is your first line of defense from nature’s windy offense. With 15D nylon ripstop and a self-stow pocket, the Tepona packs down to practically nothing, yet comes out in full force when needed. Equipped with an adjustable hood for additional protection and an adjustable waist for dialed comfort and fit, the Tepona Wind Jacket is the perfect wind and water-resistant addition to Sierra Designs’ insulated apparel collection at only 3.5oz (Men’s L). MSRP: $89.95

The newest additions to Sierra Designs’ insulated apparel line will hit shelves and trails this Fall. For more information on Sierra Designs and the Fall20 insulated offerings, contact Katie Richter at katie@darbycommunications.com.
