GIG HARBOR, Wash. - June 26, 2013 -TravelChair heads to this summer's Outdoor Retailer tradeshow with a pair of new products to celebrate 30 years of making lightweight camp chairs and accessories.

The new Joey Chair and SleepRite Cot (full product details below) were developed with clever touches like shock corded poles, fewer pieces, the most durable fittings and better ergonomics at price points that provide retailers with previously unavailable options.

"With both of these products we're providing the industry's best quality and durability at price points that are attractive for retailers and their customers," said Travel Chair VP of Marketing Daniel Roso. "The Joey Chair and SleepRite Cot represent a confluence of features, simplicity, durability and price that can't be found anywhere else."

The new products join a line of more than 40 camp chairs, stools, tables and accessories sold by the family owned company in Washington State. Founded in 1984, Travel Chair uses the highest quality drawn aluminum tubing - the same type used in high-end tent poles - and a proprietary plastic formula for the strongest joints and feet in the business.

"There's no point in owning gear you're afraid to plop down in after a long day on the trail or unwilling to lend to a friend because if they don't use it just so, it's going to break," said Travel Chair VP of Marketing Daniel Roso. "We've had the privilege to make a great product for 30 years and work with the best manufacturers and retailers in the business and we're looking forward to 30 more."

TravelChair will celebrate the landmark anniversary with a party in their booth (32039) on Friday, August 2 during Outdoor Retailer with swag, games and drinks.

The new chair and cot - along with all of TravelChair's Spring '14 product line - will be eligible for buyer incentives at Outdoor Retailer, including custom imprinting.

Travel Chair is available through a network of retailers and online dealers around the country. For sales information, contact Daniel Roso at Daniel@travelchair.com. For more information about Travel Chair, visit www.travelchair.com.
