Since focusing her efforts exclusively on cycling, Rebecca has become one of the most winning endurance riders in the world. Her trophy case includes medals from victories at the 24-Hour and Master’s World Championships. In 2010, Rebecca not only defended her Leadville title (setting a new women’s course record in the process) but was also named “Mountain Biker of the Year” at the Competitor Group’s “Endurance Live” award show.
Buff, Inc. has increased Rebecca’s endorsement salary and has added performance incentives for five high-profile races including the XC National Championships in Sun Valley, ID and the Leadville Trail 100. Rebecca has become a torchbearer for women’s cycling and this summer will travel the United States with the SRAM Gold Rusch tour, clinics and events to pique women’s interest in the outdoors and cycling.
