Wild Things, LLC names CGPR agency of record. CGPR to support Wild Things designation by Smith & Wesson® as Apparel Licensee for M&P®, Military and Police Brand, and Launch of Smith & Wesson® Consumer Apparel Line.

NEWPORT, R.I., (March 10, 2011) – Wild Things, LLC, (www.wildthingsgear.com) a leading manufacturer of technical outerwear for the US military, law enforcement and consumer markets, today named CGPR as agency of record effective immediately. Specifically, CGPR will provide strategic PR counsel in support of Wild Things' recent designation as Smith & Wesson®'s licensee for men and women's tactical apparel. The apparel line, issued under the professionally recognized Military & Police, or M&P® brand, will be designed for the law enforcement market. In addition, CGPR will handle the launch of Smith & Wesson's consumer line debuting fall 2011.

The M&P® by Smith & Wesson® apparel line will be available to the law enforcement community through qualified distributors and available directly through Wild Things, LLC, and on the Smith & Wesson® website this fall. It will feature a range of apparel products based on the company's WT Tactical™ line, outerwear specifically designed for and used by US Military Special Forces. Later in 2011, Wild Things will launch the consumer line for Smith & Wesson® apparel that will be available through select retailers and directly on the Wild Things (www.wildthingsgear.com) and Smith & Wesson® (www.smith-wesson.com)
