SCARPA NorAm adds Sales Service Department Coordinator

SCARPA North America this week hired Paul Nanawa as its Sales Service Coordinator. Nanawa, who joins SCARPA after four years at Sierra Designs, brings eight years of outdoor industry sales and retail experience to his post.

BOULDER, Colo. – SCARPA North America this week hired Paul Nanawa as its Sales Service Coordinator. Nanawa, who joins SCARPA after four years at Sierra Designs, brings eight years of outdoor industry sales and retail experience to his post, as well as a degree in electrical engineering (hey, versatility is good, being able to work on computers, or, for that matter, install a sweet new sound system, is a definite plus around here).

Nanawa will work closely with Sales Director Mark Mathews to manage Sales Service Department staff and handle key account management.

At Sierra Designs, Nanawa worked in several roles, including Dealer Services Representative and Sales Coordinator. Prior to that, he spent almost five years in outdoor specialty retail at Bent Gate Mountaineering in Golden, CO, and at Western Mountaineering in Santa Clara, CA.

An avid practitioner of all the sports for which SCARPA builds products, Nanawa looks forward to working with SCARPA North America’s internal team and retailer base, as well as to upgrading his own personal footwear collection.
