Clitheroe, UK – Pertex®, designer and manufacturer of high-performance fabrics, was selected to provide a range of fabrics for Marmot’s premium sleeping bags. Marmot’s 2012 Plasma Series and Gas Bag Series sleeping bags will all be made with Pertex® Quantum and Pertex® Microlight fabrics.
The Marmot Plasma sleeping bags are some of the most technologically advanced bags on the market. Developed with Pertex® Quantum, offering the best strength to weight ratio of fine denier fabric available, the Plasma Series bags have received product awards from Backpacker, Outside and National Geographic Adventure magazines.
