In response to the Brand’s momentum in North America, Garmont appoints Kyle Ferdyn as Customer Service Manager. Based in the Exeter, New Hampshire headquarters Kyle manages retail and consumer inquiries, product flow, system optimization and works closely with the warehouse to ensure orders run smoothly.
“As we continue to move forward in North America it is important to make sure all of our customer and consumer needs are met in a timely manner,” said Bill Dodge, CEO of Garmont. “Kyle brings over 14 years of expertise in sales, customer service and retail. He is well positioned to successfully help build and support Garmont’s growing retail and consumer networks.”
Prior to Garmont North America, Kyle was the Customer Service Manager at Mavic, part of the Amer Sports Group. Before this management position, Kyle spent six years as an Inside Sales Representative for Mavic. Kyle also has important retail experience working at Nault’s Cyclery in Manchester, N.H., which helps him understand the needs of specialty retail. In his spare time, Kyle is an avid fan of cycling, craft beer and hiking with his new puppy Lily.
