Los Angeles, CA – June 13, 2019. Medicines Global announces Allied Feather & Down’s sustaining 3-Year donation. This donation will advance the services provided by Medicines Global to deliver much needed medicines in far reaching developing regions of the world.
Matthew Betcher, Creative Director, Allied Feather & Down, and Daniel Uretsky, President of Allied Feather & Down, were introduced to Johanna and Janice Belson, Founders and Co-Directors of Medicines Global by Ann Krcik at The North Face at the Come Back to Nepal Outdoor Industry Breakfast, August 5, 2015. “…Becoming a Sustaining Sponsor of Medicines Global is a natural fit for Allied Feather & Down. It’s what’s inside that counts, is a driving force for our company. The innovative ideas that Medicines Global has created to encourage adventure travelers to give back basic first aid supplies wherever they travel in combination with their successful programs of providing wilderness experiences for youth has given us the great opportunity to join forces with Medicines Global to create a more healthy, peaceful world…” explained Matthew Betcher.
The North Face and several outdoor manufactures have sponsored Medicines Global’s international Rx deliveries including multiple deliveries to Nepal, with personal members of the outdoor industry including Greg Wozer of LEKI USA and Chris Gubera of Adventure Medical Kits.
