FitnessTradeShows

The new year means it’s time to start planning what shows and conferences you want to attend. We put together a list of the events on our radar and wish list.

Trade shows, even if they target commercial facilities and personal trainers, are a great place for retailers to connect with manufacturers and to see what they’d like to carry in their stores.

Tony Estrada, co-founder of online store RxFitnessDepot.com, said he attends IHRSA and Idea to “find new equipment for the New Year, find out what types of things people are coming out with and network with other people.”

We’ll bring you some updates over the next week about what CES is offering in the fitness gadget category. If you happen to be in the Vegas area, or are spontaneous enough to register for events last minute, you can register here. Attendee registration is now $200.
