Sanita, a footwear brand specializing in professional clogs, will be donating $10 from every purchase on their website (sanita.com) from August 10 to September 15 to support teachers and students through DonorsChoose.
These proceeds will go to help teachers, librarians and school staff who need our support now more than ever. DonorsChoose is a platform for teachers around the country to request urgently needed materials for their classrooms, including tools and technology to facilitate distance learning.
“We recognize the difficulties that both teachers and students currently face in navigating the new normal of school,” said Matt Tracy, company president. “If this situation has made anything clear, it’s that technology for teachers and students has become an important but often unattainable aspect of the modern classroom.”

About Sanita
Handcrafted in Europe since 1907, Sanita clogs have been supporting generations of professionals. Over a century ago, Christen Meldgaard Andersen opened a shoe shop in Herning, Denmark, where he made the first pairs of Sanita clogs for local masons, farmers, and bakers. Today, Sanita continues its strong European workwear tradition with clogs designed in Denmark and handcrafted in the Sanita factory in Poland.
