Building on the success of the smaller TravelSafe 100, Pacsafe, innovation leader in anti-theft travel gear, introduces TravelSafe 12L and TravelSafe 20L for Fall 2009. The TravelSafe series features Pacsafe patented eXomesh Ultimate Lock & Leave anti-theft technology. This means there is a high-tensile, slashproof wire mesh cage laminated between layers of the fabric. eXomesh Ultimate Lock & Leave products can also be locked to a secure fixture (e.g in a hotel room, car, etc.) so that you can enjoy peace of mind.

As the security of many hotel safes has been brought into question, traveling with your own, lightweight portable safe, makes a lot of sense. In fact, according to the European Security Systems Association (ESSA), many hotel safes “cannot be trusted and offer hardly any protection. And even the safes installed at the hotel receptions and offices often fail in the event of a burglary or fire.“

Now depending on your needs, you can choose the smaller TravelSafe 100 (2.5 L capacity) as well as the new larger TravelSafe 12L (12 L capacity) and the TravelSafe 20L (20 L capacity). The TravelSafe 12L and TravelSafe 20L are designed to hold valuables including a laptop, electronics, camera gear, passports, cash and jewelry. By comparison, the TravelSafe 100 is designed to hold smaller valuables, such as passports, currency and jewelry.

The entire TravelSafe series is lightweight, easy to use and folds up when not in use. In addition to hotel rooms, the TravelSafe series can be used in vehicles or even in your luggage, bag or backpack when you are on the move and need to lock up your gear.

TravelSafe 12L and Travel Safe 20L will be introduced at Outdoor Retailer, January 2009. These products will be available to consumers August.
