Research Triangle Park, NC – Little Hotties has partnered with TroopsDirect of San Ramon, CA, to donate 10,000 pairs of Little Hotties Hand Warmers to troops serving in Afghanistan. The warmers will provide a compact and convenient source of relief to troops working outside the wire in frigid conditions. Little Hotties hopes that the donation will make a difference in these soldiers' daily lives.

TroopsDirect is a non-profit organization that works to deliver bulk shipments of much-needed supplies each week to soldiers around the world. Some of the items TroopsDirect delivers, such as medical supply kits and chalk used to mark IED's, are essential in keeping troops safe on the front lines.

“We are proud to partner with TroopsDirect to make sure hand warmers are delivered to our soldiers,” said Steve Couder, VP of Little Hotties. “We are grateful for all they do and are excited for the opportunity to give back and provide a bit of comfort for our service members.” Couder was made aware of the program by Alden Mills, a former Navy SEAL and co-founder of Perfect Fitness, which is a sister company of Little Hotties.

TroopsDirect founder Aaron Negherbon said, “TroopsDirect is extraordinarily grateful for this support because of the positive impact we know it will have on our American service members fighting in Afghanistan. In months like this, protection from the cold is critical for our Americans abroad.”
