Industrial Revolution is proud to offer a series of educational clinics with renowned survival expert and Morakniv ambassador Dave Canterbury at the 2016 Outdoor Retailer Summer Market. Canterbury is the New York Times bestselling author of “Bushcraft 101” and founder of The Pathfinder School, where he teaches outdoor self-reliance and primitive skills. Canterbury’s television credits include Discovery Channel’s “Dual Survival” and National Geographic’s “Dirty Rotten Survival,” and his popular YouTube channel has more than 414,000 subscribers. These free clinics offer a chance to learn from the best in a fun and lively setting.

In his Bushcrafting Basics clinics, Canterbury will draw from more than 20 years of experience in bushcraft and survival training to cover the foundations of fire starting and putting together an EDC for backcountry adventures. These clinics will offer a look into Canterbury’s own pack to see the select items he considers personal essentials. Check out the Bushcrafting Basics clinics on Wednesday, August 3rd from 2-3pm and Thursday, August 4th from 2-3pm.

During his Wood Carving Demonstration, Canterbury will show how a handful of tools can be used to turn ordinary pieces of wood into extraordinary objects. Learn the basic elements of carving while watching a master craftsman at work. The Wood Carving Demonstration will take place on Thursday, August 4th from 10-11am.

Each of these clinics will be offered at the Industrial Revolution booth, #40, during Outdoor Retailer Summer Market. For more information, please contact suzanne@darbycommunications.com.
