Hydroshell™

Berghaus is building on the incredible success of Hydroshell™, its most successful new fabric launch, ever, with well-considered products in every category of apparel. This high performance waterproof, breathable technology offers an extensive selection for retailers and end consumers.

New for Spring/Summer 2016, Berghaus introduces the men’s Hydroshell™ Hybrid jacket. This innovative alpine shell features the brand’s ground-breaking approach to thermal body-mapping in shell garments and combines tried and tested 2.5L Hydroshell™ Elite and 3L Hydroshell™ Elite Pro fabrics to offer the best in lightweight, durability and uncompromised functionality.

Features such as the zipped chest pocket, two raised zipped handwarmer pockets and side body venting all work with a pack or harness. This jacket is slightly longer in length, and has adjustable cuffs and hem, and a fully adjustable helmet compatible hood. Tested in the Alps, the Hydroshell™ Hybrid jacket is designed for any aspiring alpinist or technical long distance hiker.

The new Hydroshell™ Hybrid Jacket is part of Berghaus’ Made Kind product selection.

Spring/summer 2016 marks the launch of Made Kind, fabrics and technologies that combine high performance with low environmental impact, whether through more eco-friendly materials or improved processes.

To earn the Made Kind tag, Berghaus products must meet at least one of three criteria: be made out of a bluesign® approved fabric; be made using Berghaus’ award winning Colourkind colouring process; or be made using recycled materials.
