(Bozeman, Montana--July 18, 2012)--Oboz footwear announced today that it will welcome Outdoor Retailer trade show visitors to a new booth this summer at the twice-annual gathering of the industry.
The new booth, which was designed and constructed by Greenspace of Portland, Oregon, is located just inside the ballroom (#401) at the main north doors. Oboz will celebrate its new space with a happy hour on Thursday, August 2nd at 5:00 p.m. and welcomes its customers and friends to belly up to the bar.
The premise for the new booth is efficiency in its design and use of materials. Every part of the structure is functional, so that the shell is actually the booth. This design saves weight and costs for shipping and also reduces volume and costs for storage. Reclaimed lumber is used throughout the 20 x 30 foot booth, and its modular design is reversible and can work in peninsula or corner configurations.
The design is welcoming and meant to draw people in. For example, the greeting station is at the back to let people wander in and take a look without feeling like there is a barrier to entry. Once in the booth, they can belly up to the bar--with stools and a bar rail--to review Oboz' shoes and boots.
The new booth replaces the Oboz-built structure that the company has used since its first Outdoor Retailer trade show in August, 2007.
