When customers click the “Buy Now” feature on the Loki web site, Shopatron instantly facilitates communication to the nearest retailer capable of fulfilling the order, thereby maintaining customer service and inventory control. Most orders reach their destination within two days. In addition to processing order requests, Shopatron provides regular updates about individual store sales history, maintains system-wide information about best-selling items, and aids in sales forecasting.
