All products within the Trail Series feature Hydro Flask’s TempShield™ double wall vacuum insulation to keep cold drinks cold for up to 24 hours, and hot drinks piping hot for up to 6.

“We know a lighter load means more time on the trail and less strain on your body and gear,” said Hydro Flask Vice President of Product David Visnack. “Our engineers and designers have radically reduced construction weight without compromising the performance expected from Hydro Flask. We’re excited to introduce adventurers to the new Trail Series and hope that these lightweight bottles will help them move faster, go longer and better enjoy their outdoor pursuits.”

As the lightest vacuum insulated bottle available, the 21 oz Trail Series Ultralight Titanium Standard Mouth bottle is 35 percent lighter in design and built durable in its titanium construction for the most rugged adventures. Hydro Flask’s unique TempShield™ double wall insulation keep beverages ice cold for 24 hours, or piping hot for up to 6, delivering pure taste refreshment to fuel overnight hikes and backcountry treks. The premium titanium Flex Cap features a leakproof design and flexible perforated strap with titanium pivots to minimize extra weight, while the bottle’s modern silhouette includes a rounded bottom and premium titanium finish. The 21 oz Trail Series Ultralight Titanium Standard Mouth bottle will be available for a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $100.

The 24 oz and 32 oz Trail Series Lightweight Wide Mouth bottles are 25 percent lighter than their inline counterparts, delivering all-day refreshment for the trail without the weight. TempShield™ double wall insulation and 18/8 pro-grade stainless steel keep drinks ice cold for 24 hours, or piping hot for up to 6, while also protecting contents against flavor transfer, breakage and the effects of heat and light. Each bottle’s innovative construction features tapered walls that are thinner up top to save weight, while thicker on the bottom for increased durability. Paired with a wide mouth design for faster fill, the leakproof Flex Cap is equipped with flexible perforated strap and aluminum pivots for an even lighter carry, as well as built-in Honeycomb Insulation for additional temperature control. The 24 oz and 32 oz Trail Series Lightweight Wide Mouth bottles will be available in three earth tone finishes, inspired by natural formations found on the trail: Obsidian, Clay and Slate. They will retail at manufacturer’s suggested retail prices of $44.95 and $49.95, respectively.

“Hydro Flask’s Trail Series offer the ultimate freedom and performance to roam, delivering cold refreshment for longer treks without the weight,” said Hydro Flask Director of Marketing Yiorgos Makris. “Alongside the new Titanium bottle debut, our simple yet innovative designs redefine the hiking and backpacking experience with lightweight hydration when every ounce counts.”
