GoFit Announces Strategic Partnership with Health and Fitness Provider

GoFit, the nation’s leading hand held fitness manufacturer announces a partnership with newly developed Health and Fitness Provider Network. HFPN is a business tool for health and fitness professionals.

TULSA, OK (June 14, 2010)— GoFit, a leading hand held fitness manufacturer, has announced a new initiative to collaborate with the newly established Health and Fitness Provider Network (HFPN—a service that provides online business tools for fitness professionals. Founded in 1999, GoFit offers over 120-quality fitness products sold in over 5,000 fitness retailers, including Target, Sport Chalet and Best Buy. GoFit is the first and only fitness manufacturer to partner with HFPN and is pleased to announce that beginning in June 2010 the full line of GoFit products will be made available to the network's vast database of personally certified trainers and exclusive clientele.

HFPN was founded in September 2009 as a membership support partner to the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM)--the global leader in personal training certification. The purpose of the network is to connect top fitness professionals with as many consumer clients as possible utilizing web based tools and best-in-class products. HFPN currently has over 3,000 members. The web-based business and coaching solution delivers products and education that will enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of fitness professionals and provides increased revenue opportunities.

With HFPN, certified fitness professionals have access to online resources that help create custom exercise and nutrition programs for each unique client. Included in the membership is a members-only discount eStore as well as an optional personal e-store for health fitpros to sell best-in-class nutrition products and top-of-line equipment, while also earning commissions on each sale. As the only fitness manufacturer partnered with HFPN at this time, GoFit's full line of over 120 hand held fitness products are exclusively available to HFPN members. In addition to the e-commerce store, tools made available for clients include tailor-made nutrition programs, a complete health and fitness-learning center and educational clinical research.
