HOKA ONE ONE is known for its buoyant, 30mm outsoles and decorating the feet of trail and road runners. In its nine years, the France-born running brand has released hiking shoes as one-offs. But HOKA's first complete trail collection launches this week with these three models. We had a look at a showroom in our home of Boulder.

The SKY collection has been in ideation since 2016 and aligns with HOKA's aim at a broader group of people who want to get outside—not just runners and not just elite athletes. Each shoe was made with a specific type of hiking in mind and it's HOKA's hope that the line makes the brand more approachable and inclusive of every type of adventurer.

Tune in to SNEWS' Instagram on Thursday to see how the collection fares on a hike in the Flatirons.
