With more than 30 years in the outdoor industry, Sally McCoy has held leadership positions at Sierra Designs, The North Face, and CamelBak, as well as at nonprofits like The Conservation Alliance, the Outdoor Industry Association and the Outdoor Industry Women’s Coalition (now known as Camber Outdoors). McCoy currently serves on the board for Zumiez, retailer of skate and snow apparel and accessories.
McCoy won the Camber Outdoors Pioneering Woman Award in 2016.
