Mike Massey is the founder the third generation owner of a chain of specialty outdoor stores, Massey's Outfitters, based in New Orleans. Massey's was one of the first outdoor stores to sell online, sell through online marketplaces, and integrate data exchange processes into its business.
In 2014, Massey founded Locally, a company that helps retailers and brands take advantage of changing shopper habits. "Up to this point, local retailers (even large chains) and virtually every brand hasn't understood that they must be part of the 'always-connected,' on-demand economy," says Massey.
Locally is building the infrastructure to power a true online-to-offline shopping experience where brands and stores can work together to delight their mutual customers.
