In an effort to best serve our customers, distributors, and buyers, as well as media outlets and journalists, Thule City to Summit Denver will be an immersive event into the brand, its award-winning products and expanding categories for the active life. From new product launches for 2019/2020, to collection updates and new categories for Thule, Thule City to Summit Denver will take attendees through the entire brand experience, all while placing a strong emphasis on producing an environmentally friendly event and embracing commitments to the outdoors and the outdoor industry. Thule City to Summit Denver will take place at Space Gallery in Denver, from June 17-21, 2019.
To best accommodate retailers and media that are attending Thule City to Summit Denver, every facet of the event is designed to offer an informative brand experience in a convenient and comfortable setting. All of the various elements of the event cater to its guests, including category specific zones inside and outside of the space, retailer specific in-store displays, five different complimentary shuttle options, and exceptional meal and drink selections offered throughout the day and evening.
With over 25 new Thule products launching to the outdoor industry, Thule City to Summit Denver is the perfect event to experience the newest products in the line, including the ultra-sleek Thule Vector cargo box collection, the new line of Thule Chasm 2 adventure luggage, Thule AllTrail X daypacks for city or summit exploration, as well as the newly rebranded Thule Tepui line of rooftop tents and accessories. Inside the space, guests will be able to discover new products as well as a complete overview of the brand and its 75 plus year history via interactive displays. The adjacent courtyard outside will feature six different vehicles adorned with the newest Thule carrier and rack products to experience and learn about.
Exhibiting in this location will allow for a more sustainable approach to how Thule showcases products with less impact on the environment. By working with local food vendors that share a similar outlook on sustainable initiatives, like using compostable cups, plates, and utensils, as well as partnering with the Plastic Impact Alliance with plastic-free drinkware, the waste generated from this event will be minimal by comparison. And, from a merchandising standpoint, the product displays that will help buyers visualize the new Thule products in their own stores will all be donated to local retailers following the event.
While the Thule brand will not be within the halls of Outdoor Retailer Summer Market (ORSM), their commitment to the outdoor industry has never been stronger. In addition to annual contributions to several outdoor organizations, Thule has committed to donating their ORSM booth fee directly to the Outdoor Industry Association (OIA) via a direct grant. Also, Thule will be one of the three title sponsors of the Outdoor Foundation’s Give Back Bash, with a separate a silent auction at Thule City to Summit Denver with all proceeds will go directly to the OIA fund.
Retailers and media are encouraged to contact their Thule representative for more details about the event and to RSVP. Outdoor Retailer Summer Market attendees are welcome to attend the Thule City to Summit Denver event during the scheduled days by visiting Space Gallery with their 2019 badge.
