OUTDOOR RETAILER WINTER MARKET CONTINUES STEADY GROWTH

ORWM 2008 Attendance Increases by 18%, Buyer Attendance by 15% and Exhibitors by 12% in Past Three Years

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CALIF. (March 24, 2008) – Outdoor Retailer Winter Market, the leading wintersports trade event, verified that its attendance and exhibitor numbers from its January 23-26, 2008 show maintained the strength shown at Winter Market 2007. Between 2006 and 2008, support for the show has grown exponentially with increased overall attendance by 18 percent, buyer attendance by 15 percent and an increase in exhibitors by 12 percent. Exhibition square footage has grown by 19 percent at the Salt Palace since 2006.

Outdoor Retailer Winter Market provides the first opportunity of the year to explore new brands and innovative products in the wintersports and outdoor industry for fall/winter. The expanded, 2008 show featured category-specific areas to allow for easier connections with buyers, such as the Endurance Sports Zone, Backcountry Village and the expanded Design Center.

Outdoor Retailer Summer Market, named to Tradeshow Week's Fastest 50 growing trade shows for 2007, will take place at Salt Lake City's Salt Palace August 8-11, 2008, with its Open Air Demo at Pineview Reservoir on August 6 and 7. The Winter Market 2009 will stage January 22-25, 2009, in the Salt Palace with its Backcountry Base Camp at Snowbasin January 21.
