OutsidePR, a Bay Area outdoor-industry public relations firm, today announced that it has reached an agreement to represent Moji for a wide-ranging public relations campaign in 2013.

Moji makes the best self-massage products available in the active world. The company’s dynamic sports massage products -- like the Moji 360™ Massager and the Moji 360™ Mini Massager -- help address muscle soreness, fatigue, stiffness and medical conditions like Iliotibial band syndrome and plantar fasciitis. With increasing and highly-credible evidence suggesting that massage is a crucial component to post-exercise recovery -- including a recent study from U.C. Berkeley and McMasters University -- both Moji and OutsidePR have pledged to educate active outdoor athletes on the importance of massage.

“We had known about OutsidePR for quite some time, but didn’t know that we’d ever really get to work together,” said Moji’s director of marketing, Michelle Nadeau. “Their practice area, especially their uncanny success with women’s magazines, is a perfect fit for Moji as we continue to grow rapidly.”

OutsidePR president Gordon Wright noted that, “We flat-out fell in love with Moji at the Winter OR Show this year, especially since we went to their booth towards the end of a long day and used their products to bounce back from show fatigue. The products are fantastic, and their team happens to be immensely fun and energetic, which is going to make for a very productive partnership.”

Moji plans to add to and revamp its designs in 2013, and the company also makes a wide range of icing and heating packs, including those for knees, backs and necks.
