CENTERVILLE, Utah- Klymit, a comfort innovator in advanced outdoor technology, introduces a junior pad to its wide array of sleeping pads. The Static V Junior is the first pad in the Klymit line designed specifically for children.
The Static V Junior features Klymit’s body mapping technology and v-chamber design. The v-chamber design limits air movement and heat loss while offering a uniquely ergonomic body map optimized for performance and comfort. The pad weighs 13 oz and is great for children, over the age of two, as well as adults who want to use the sleeping pad as a three-fourths sized pad.
The sleeping pad also features a new valve system. Instead of the traditional two-way valve found on the other sleeping pads in the Klymit line, the Static V Junior has separate inflate and deflate valves, making inflation and deflation easier for children to do unassisted.
“We’re excited to introduce a junior pad to the Klymit line,” says Klymit President Cory Tholl. “So many Klymit employees are also parents, and the idea for a junior sleeping pad was born from the desire to bring our children along on our family adventures.”
The Static V Junior will be available for purchase online at Klymit.com in early March.
