Exeter, NH (June 10, 2019) - For Spring 2020 Garmont® will deliver an all new line of hiking boots and light hiking shoes, built on a new last shape that will make North Americans very happy. They will feel a secure heel hold, supportive midfoot and room for the toes to do their thing - balance and stabilize.

“The Garmont Italian based product team has more than 50 years of experience sculpting beautifully shaped lasts,” said Bill Dodge, CEO of Garmont North America. “The company still believes this is the most important ingredient for finding the best balance between comfort and performance. It is not an easy task especially considering the differing foot shapes around the globe.”

The new last also features the erGo shape underfoot for superior foot hold. Added security comes from Garmont’s Heel Lock system that also results in an impressive balance of performance and fit.
