Finalists Announced for Sierra Club's Best Internship on Earth

(SAN FRANCISCO) – It was a hard decision, but we've finally narrowed down the many, many video applications for the Sierra Club's Best Internship on Earth to the Top 10.

The videos poured in from creative, qualified, and inspiring young people. Unfortunately, though, not everyone can win this amazing summer 2012 opportunity to explore the great outdoors with the Sierra Club's Mission Outdoors programs.

Oh, the other great bonuses for this Best Internship Ever? The 10 finalists will each receive VIVOBAREFOOT (http://www.vivobarefoot.com) shoes from the Spring/Summer 2012 line. AND, as the 2012 Outdoor Youth Ambassador (aka "intern"), the winner gets a $2,000 gift certificate from The North Face (http://www.thenorthface.com), all travel expenses covered, and a generous stipend.

The Top 10 finalists are comprised of five Sierra Club favorites and the five applicants who received the most votes on their video. Here are the Top 10 Finalists, in no particular order:

Joaquin
Geo
Jomara
Graciela
Anthony
Veronica
Andrew
Nicholas
Philippe
Kylie
