There are just a few days left to submit your events, happy hours, seminars donations*, free stuff and after hours for inclusion in the Outdoor Retailer Daily, the official newspaper of Summer Market, powered by SNEWS.

The deadline to get us your event information is Wednesday, July 11, 2012.Click here to access the Events web form to submit your event. Fill it out completely to be considered for this free listing in the O.R. Daily. Booth numbers are available at: www.outdoorretailer.com/summer-market/show/exhibitor-list-floorplan

*If you are not donating 100% of the proceeds (i.e., not just the profits) you will not be included in this section. Note that show guidelines stipulate that you are not permitted to sell anything at Outdoor Retailer unless all the money goes to a legitimate 501(c)3 nonprofit company.

If you have any further questions, or changes to your submission, please email: ordailyevents@snewsnet.com.

News

All other sections of the O.R. Daily are now closed, but there is still time to send us any breaking news releases you have for the show. The sooner you get your Outdoor Retailer-related press releases to our editors the better. Any news we consider for O.R. Daily must be specifically relevant to the show — something at the show, being unveiled at the show, announced at the show, etc.

Send this information to the editors of SNEWS at ordailynews@snewsnet.com. Chances of inclusion improve if you send your information in the form of a well-written press release with an accompanying hi-resolution photograph (5 inches tall/wide at 300 dpi at minimum). Please also include the best contact(s) to reach for further questions, and their best mode of contact before and during the show. And the booth number is mandatory too.

You must be an official Outdoor Retailer exhibitor and meet the above deadlines to qualify for consideration for free coverage. If you miss the deadlines, or are not an official exhibitor, you are still welcome to advertise in the O.R. Daily provided there is space available.
