Treadmill Sensei has said his last “Ohiyo” and bids fitness “Sayonara.” A lawsuit filed by Treadmill Doctor against the Sensei in January was settled recently. Included in the terms was that Sensei (a.k.a. Matt Nastos) transfer the domain www.treadmillsensei.com to Treadmill Doctor and that he agree to leave any employment in the fitness industry for no less than five years.
