Yuba bicycles is excited to introduce the latest addition to the electric cargo bike scene: The Electric Boda Boda. As the cargo bike industry grows, Yuba rounds out their robust collection with this new electric option in both step through and step-over frame designs.
Yuba’s Electric Boda Boda is a progression from the pedal powered Boda Boda bike. Thanks to high demand and increasing popularity, Yuba upgraded the Boda Boda with a Shimano STEPS motor with three pedal assist settings. The Shimano STEPS motor weighs in at 7lbs and has a maximum range of 93 miles per charge (landscape dependent, of course); cruise up or down without breaking a sweat.
The traditional-style rear cargo space has a capacity of 220lbs making this bike an easy solution for carrying the kiddos to/from school, pets, the weekly goods from the local farmers market and so much more. Two new and fun colors: Aqua and Sandstone.
Industry leading features such as fenders, wheelskirts, chain guards, and ultra bright LED lights are also included for a safe, smooth ride.

The Electric Boda Boda will retail for $3,399 and will be available March 12, 2018.
