SAN FRANCISCO - Timbuk2, the San Francisco-based manufacturer, announces a collaboration with Woolrich to launch a limited-edition “Made in America” collection of classic, durable messenger bags and packs. Born and bred in 1989 in a San Francisco garage by a bike messenger named Rob Honeycutt with an old sewing machine, Timbuk2 has been building bags and accessories for urban adventurers with a simple philosophy – create good-looking, durable bags consumers can truly make their own.

“As one of the longest-standing San Francisco manufacturers, we couldn't be more thrilled to partner with this iconic American brand,” says Timbuk2 CEO Mike Wallenfels. “This collection celebrates ‘made in the U.S.A.' at its best.”

Woolrich has been synonymous with quality outdoor clothing for over 180 years. The company got its start in 1830 when John Rich, an immigrant from England, built his first woolen mill in Plum Run, Pennsylvania.
