Paddlesports Retailer, the inaugural, sold-out tradeshow of the paddlesports industry, announces Rapid Media as its Official Media Sponsor. The event takes place later this month at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin from Aug. 29 – Sept. 1.
“There’s going to be a great energy at this show, it's something we haven't seen in North America in Rapid Media’s 20-year history,” says Rapid Media founder and publisher, Scott MacGregor. “Our goal as the leading paddlesports media company is to bring that excitement home to our audience of enthusiasts.”
Rapid Media will produce a special Paddlesports Retailer edition of Paddling Business magazine. The issue will feature more than 200 of the hottest new kayaking, whitewater, SUP, canoeing and fishing products of 2018 as well as industry trends, a full exhibitor list, booth numbers and floor plan.
Rapid Media TV will cover the show and demo, recording live interviews with designers and athletes, and showcasing new products for 2018. Kayak Angler will also be onsite pushing kayak fishing news and updates to Kayakanglermag.com and sending daily tradeshow Kayak Angler This Week newsletters.
“We’ll be trying out new boats, sizing up new gear and having fun broadcasting live to readers of Rapid, Adventure Kayak, Canoeroots and Kayak Angler.” MacGregor explains, “it’s where we’ll get a first look at the boats, boards and gear we are going to field test later, but it’s even more exciting when we get to share it with our audience in real-time.
