NEMO Equipment, Inc., a leader in designing innovative tents, sleeping pads and backcountry accessories, has added a senior marketing director and product development coordinator to its newly relocated Dover, NH team. Tiffany Teaford, most recently from Nalgene Outdoor and Blake Fowler, from BAE Systems, both started in January.

Senior Director of Marketing, Tiffany Teaford, has directed brand and product management for leading outdoor industry companies for over 10 years. Most recently having led Nalgene's OEM hydration business with key partners including Osprey Packs, Teaford played a central role in building and maintaining brand stories for companies including Serotta Bicycles, Ibex Outdoor Clothing and The North Face. She brings an intimate understanding of the outdoor industry, as well as a talent for establishing key partnerships and launching technical product categories.

"The opportunity to join NEMO made perfect sense. The mountains and trails of New England are my home, and NEMO represents all that I love about the East, adventure, and innovative design. I'm humbled by the expertise of NEMO's entire staff and excited about what's in store for NEMO's customers," said Tiffany.

Blake Fowler comes to NEMO after serving in the US Army as a Captain, including a tour in Afghanistan. At BAE Systems, Fowler was an operations program manager, responsible for creating and managing an explosives compliance program as well as tracking program for explosives use. At NEMO, he'll be in charge of scheduling and tracking product development and communicating with multiple departments to streamline product commercialization processes.

“We are excited to have Blake and Tiffany on board. Blake's organizational skills will enable the design team to focus exclusively on creating new innovative designs and technologies, while Tiffany's expertise in marketing and developing partnerships will be a great next step in continuing to build the NEMO brand,” said Cam Brensinger, president and lead designer at NEMO.

With NEMO's recent relocation to Dover, NH, the company has announced 4 new positions and 1 vacancy. Teaford and Fowler fill 2 of the new 4 positions. NEMO plans on continuing to build its team in 2012 with more openings announced throughout the year. Current openings can be found at NEMO's website (www.nemoequipment.com/about-nemo/employment).

NEMO was founded in 2002 by Cam Brensinger with the commitment to bringing the highest level of design and engineering to the world of outdoor adventure sports. In addition to its AirSupported Technology®, NEMO has patents pending for many of its products' features and accessories. NEMO tents, modular sleep systems and backcountry accessories can be found at local, national and international retailers, including Eastern Mountain Sports, REI, and Altrec.
