LifelineUSA, a leading manufacturer of professional-grade functional fitness accessories, announces several leadership changes. Bobby Hinds, the founder, owner and chairman of the company recently named Barbara Koren as interim president/CEO. She steps in for Bill Sotis, who left the company to pursue another opportunity.

Koren is charged with spearheading a search to identify a permanent president/CEO. She will also work closely with the company's senior management team, which includes respected industry veterans like Rick Pawlak, vice president of sales and marketing; Glenn Polinsky, director of product development and design; and Jon Hinds, one of the country's leading functional fitness trainers and a major contributor to the product development process.

“We have a strong and dedicated leadership team in place that's focused on executing our long-term strategic plan,” said Bobby Hinds, founder, owner and chairman of LifelineUSA. “We will continue to focus on those things that truly differentiate us in the marketplace, including our unwavering commitment to product development and customer service.”

The leadership changes come at a time when LifelineUSA is experiencing record sales and expanded distribution.

“This is an exciting time for LifelineUSA,” Hinds stated. “Over the past year, we've expanded our existing distribution while entering new retail channels. We've also developed a variety of new products that, quite frankly, are changing the face of functional fitness. These leadership changes give us more depth and expanded resources to fuel continued growth.”
