Outside Magazine has recognized Horny Toad, a Santa Barbara-based lifestyle apparel brand, as one of the best companies to work for in the outdoor industry. For a company who prides itself on striking a healthy balance between work and play, often taking advantage of the Santa Barbara weather during lunch breaks, this recognition affirms the company mission.

Outside Magazine has been recognizing the top places to work since 2008, but this year with so many qualified candidates, the magazine expanded the once 30-company list to 100. In addition to Horny Toad other near by companies, Deckers and Patagonia, were also featured.
