Generator Group announces that the firm is launching a series of webinars developed to assist companies in managing talent through tough economic times. The series, “Dealing with Today While Preparing for Tomorrow,” provides insight and expertise to executives on focusing existing resources as efficiently as possible to maintain their competitive position today while also planning for better economic times in the future.

The first webinar, titled “Using Workforce Business Intelligence to Drive Performance,” will show companies how to:

•Excel with less in today's economic crunch with workforce analytics

•Apply business intelligence to drive performance

•Create a model that brings structure to HR measurement for the most important things

The complimentary webinar will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2009
