Steamboat Springs, CO, November 23, 2010 -- CHAOS Headwear and Vail Valley Foundation (VVF) continue their sponsorship agreement for the fifth year. This year Polartec® and Chaos have teamed up for a collaborative VIP collector's hat distributed to VVF's qualifying partners. Each year, Chaos custom designs and distributes athlete event headwear, as well as co-branded event merchandise, including caps and beanies, which will be available at local retail outlets during the upcoming 2010/2011 season.

As the only men's World Cup stop in the United States, the “Audi Birds of Prey” event has evolved into one of the world's premier ski competition. Beaver Creek is home to the formidable Birds of Prey racecourse, challenging an international roster of top athletes to three days of racing including Downhill, Super G and Giant Slalom. A festival atmosphere surrounds the on-mountain venue which is easily accessible, free and open to the public. Vail/Beaver Creek willalso be the home of the World Alpine Ski Championships featuring men's and women's racing for two weeks in February 2015.

Beaver Creek resort will launch the world cup downhill season starting December 3–5. The Birds of Prey races start Friday with the Super Combined, Saturday the Downhill, and closing Sunday with the Giant Slalom. The development of the Birds of Prey men's downhill course in Beaver Creek is now recognized as one of the top downhill courses in the world and the only men's downhill in the United States.
VVF partnership has been instrumental for the Chaos Headwear brand in expanding its consumer base and retail demand. This year there will be even more event merchandising in the VIP tents and at evening events. Chaos will supply a specialty line of custom embroidered beanies that reflect the individual energy and specific demographics of this world televised event. Collector's edition hats will also be available in the local retail stores.
“The supporters and fans love these hats, we can never make enough! The Chaos-VVF team has created an ideal partnership with added value gifts that create demand at retail outlets in support of the values of the foundation. Chaos Headwear is honored to be selected as a partner to a foundation with so much depth, integrity and an absolute dedication to the community.” explains Gary Supple, U.S. Sales Director for Chaos Headwear in Steamboat Springs.
