Brooklyn, NY (February, 12, 2020) — BioLite, an innovator in off-grid energy solutions, is thrilled to announce the second addition to the company’s celebrated headlamp offering. BioLite’s HeadLamp 200, new for Spring 2020, is the lightest and most streamlined BioLite headlamp yet.

Designed with BioLite’s award-winning and proprietary “no-bounce” 3D SlimFit construction, HeadLamp 200 features a single integrated rechargeable battery and multi-functional light. With no rear battery or external wires, BioLite’s HeadLamp 200 shaves nearly a third of the weight off the original HeadLamp 330 and provides a delightfully streamlined design that feels weightless while wearing. HeadLamp 200 is a reliable adventure essential that delivers up to 200 lumens of light, 4 distinct light options, water-resistant IPX4 performance, a fully downward adjustable light, and up to 40 hours of run-time on a USB-rechargeable lithium-ion battery.

“When we entered the headlamp market more than a year ago, we were deeply committed to re-thinking how a headlamp could fit and perform. I think we successfully did that with HeadLamp 330,” commented BioLite co-founder and CEO Jonathan Cedar. “HeadLamp 200 carries forward that spirit of innovation and at only 50 grams, greatly expands the range of use-cases and options for our customers.”

BioLite’s Headlamp 200 is now available nationwide at select retailers and BioliteEnergy.com.
