In another way to reach consumers and keep them coming back, The Fitness Experience offers a quarterly consumer newsletter -- a simple four-page glossy pub that is mailed out to its customers. SNEWS picked one up on a visit to a Chicago-area store a few weeks back. In addition to simple diet and fitness tips on the cover page and inside, it also gives about half its space to store promotions and brand promotion, as well as to make customers aware of discounts and offer coupon specials.
