Michael Crooke and Prana part ways -- Theodosakis resumes control

Prana and Michael Crooke, hired as CEO in December 2008, have parted ways, effective immediately, SNEWS® was told by Prana founder Beaver Theodosakis.

Prana and Michael Crooke, hired as CEO in December 2008, have parted ways, effective immediately, SNEWS® was told by Prana founder Beaver Theodosakis. He has stepped in as interim CEO of the company.

"We are now in a position to act on many new and exciting plans for development and growth, and have decided that the nature of those initiatives will require a different focus from leadership," Theodosakis told us. "During the 11 months Michael has led the company, he has put into place operational systems that have helped the company to remain profitable, even in a down economy."

All recent hires, brought in by Crooke, will be staying with Prana, including Scott Kerslake, Rich Hill, Andy Marker, Nicole Bassett and Nikki Larsen. Click here to read the July 20, 2009, story, "Prana adds to leadership team amid best spring sales ever."
