| Athlete’s Guide to Yoga
Jan 14, 2008 Somehow Sage Rountree has managed to maintain her yogic voice – or enough of it to keep some authenticity, which she has by leaps and bounds – while also toning it down just enough to speak directly to an athlete, which she also is by leaps and bounds. | Great Handbook: Foam Roller
Jan 31, 2007 We tend to like the succinct and consumer-friendly approach of the past "Great Handbooks" by Productive Fitness Products that take hand-holding and simple approaches to showing exercises for simple accessories and tools, such as stretch bands, stability balls and dumbbells. Fitnex E55SG Elliptical Sep 14, 2011 So many ellipticals can be large and pricy, and the though the smaller ones may have a lower price tag, what they give up to get there makes for a more wobbly ride that’s not as much fun. The Fitnex E55SG elliptical manages to be rather petite but still can hold its own when a user pushes it hard. Read Review | Comment on this review | Go to all Product Reviews |
