Outdoor Retailer Summer Market 2012 (Aug. 2-5) is four months away, but SNEWS will soon begin gathering information for our Outdoor Retailer Planning Guide published and delivered to all show attendees and SNEWS subscribers a month before the show.
The Planning Guide provides readers a SNEWS preview of the latest trends and new products to debut at the show, along with planning tools, information and company listings from Outdoor Retailer. It’s the information attendees need to know as they prepare for the event in Salt Lake City. (Click here to see last summer’s 2011 Planning Guide in digital format).
To help us with the Planning Guide’s product trend coverage, we’re asking exhibitors to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the first half of April with information on new products they plan to debut at the show. We understand it’s still early, but for the most part we’re looking for preliminary information and insight on product trends (inlcuding packs, tents, running and hiking footwear, apparel, sleeping bags, climbing gear, paddlesports equipment, electronics and summer acessories) for the Planning Guide.
The Planning Guide is the exclusive and official preview to the show, leading up to the four editions of O.R. Daily (O.R.D.), which SNEWS publishes live at the show. In early May, we will begin requesting more concrete details on new products, new exhibitors and show events.
Separate from editorial coverage, you can guarantee your brand’s presence in the Planning Guide by securing your advertising space among the pages of product trends, tradeshow news and more.
