Why Do You Live It?

Annual Life Fitness 'I Live It' Contest to Discover Inspirational Sucess Stories

Everyone has a different motivation for working out. For some, it's to fit back into that favorite pair of jeans, for others it's to walk up the stairs and not be out of breath, or to finally run that marathon they've been talking about for years. Leading exercise equipment provider, Life Fitness, wants to find those individuals whose commitment and motivation to working out has created a life-changing experience with its annual “I Live It!” contest.

Exercisers with an inspirational success story using Life Fitness equipment, can tell their tale by visiting www.lifefitness.com/iliveit. Just for sharing their achievement, every participant will receive a free “I Live It!” T-shirt. The first place winner will receive their choice of $6,000 worth of Life Fitness equipment, or a trip of a lifetime, for two, to the JW Marriot Desert Springs Resort and Spa in Palm Springs, Calif. The second prize winner will receive a $500 shopping spree, and the top 10 success stories, as chosen by an expert panel at Life Fitness, will receive authentic Life Fitness gear and have their stories shared on the Life Fitness Web site.

“This program allows us to give back to our customers and those who have used fitness to better their lives,” said John Stransky, president of Life Fitness. “Last year's ‘I Live It!' finalists were an inspiration to us all, and we hope this year's contestants will encourage others to make the lifelong commitment to fitness.”

If the I Live It! winner purchased their equipment from a Life Fitness retail location in the last year, or achieved their success at a health club using Life Fitness equipment, the dealer or fitness facility will also win a product of their choice, up to $6,000. Entries must be received by March 31, 2010. For more information, visit www.lifefitness.com/iliveit.
